Fatima can self assess!

Today Fatima was so proud of her self assessment of her writing that she wanted to show her family. Look - she can write 3 sounds for a word and she can show where she did it. What a funny sentence about a cat sneaking into the house to eat cake!

Writing goals...what is yours?

We are learning about goals in writing and what we have to do to be a great writer. We are trying to be level 1 p writers. Look at our goal lists to see what we are going to learn next.

Today we did GET SET GO! with Katie. She taught us a new game called traffic lights. you have to go when you see the green light and stop when you see the red light.
We are learning how to balance. We had to balance a bean bag on our heads and then carry a pretend tray like a waiter. Look at us having fun and learning.
